This week feels different, doesn’t it.
Energy is patchy. Attention is fragmented. There’s a lot going on under the surface for many of us with xmas just a couple of days away.
So rather than pushing harder, I’m leaning into using AI in a quieter, more supportive way.
This week, with the help of AI, I’m focusing on creating a bit more headspace and finishing the year with intention rather than exhaustion.
For me, that looks like using AI to:
- untangle thoughts that feel noisy
- sense-check decisions I don’t want to carry alone
- simplify rather than optimise
