Establish a daily meditation practice and learn how to build and maintain a positive habit :) How: Option 1: Take a session from the Cultivate A Daily Meditation course daily. Option 2: Join in the 10 minute daily live meditation here in the community (click calendar tab to join and here for replays). Option 3: Do your own daily practice. And: - Share progress, eg: "Day 2 meditation done". - Ask any questions about that days session/content. Then: Encourage fellow community members with a comment on their post!
