📣 Every word is a frequency, did you know that? It's true. Weak words drain your energy and keep you looping the same reality. Here are some to watch for and swap out. - “I can’t…” → teaches your system helplessness - “I’ll try…” → pre-decides half-effort - “I need…” → codes “I’m incomplete without” - “I’m stuck / overwhelmed / exhausted” (as an identity) → body hears “this is who I am” - “That’s just how I am / it is” → closes the door on change - “Someday / maybe one day / hopefully” → keeps desire in the future - “I just wanted to… / kind of / maybe this is dumb but…” → leaks your power & diminishes ideas - “Sorry, but…” when you did nothing wrong → apologizes for existing Upgrade pattern: Step 1: Catch the contraction phrase. Step 2: Flip to present-tense, in-process power: - “I’m learning how to…” - “I’m open to…” - “I’m in the middle of changing this.” Example shifts: - “I can’t grow a business” → “I’m learning how to grow a business in a way that works for me.” - “I’m stuck” → “I’m in the middle of changing this, and support is showing up.” Your words are tiny spells.What are you ready to stop saying, starting today? Breathe 🧘 Taking deep cleansing breaths are very helpful for me when I am on the go. Placing my hand over my heart and repeating that I am ok, safe and grounded in love. 🥰

✨ Sharing My Wins From My Self-Care Day ✨
Today I finally slowed down long enough to take care of me — and it was exactly what I needed. I’ve been carrying a lot of anxiety lately, trying to keep up with the holidays, the house, and everyone around me. I’m always on the go, but today I let myself pause. Annelise took such good care of me — red light therapy, the infinity wand, and even releasing trapped emotions my body was holding onto. Then she finished with the most relaxing massage. I could literally feel my whole system soften. It reminded me how important it is to put myself first sometimes… to breathe, reset, and reconnect. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Maybe this is your reminder, too: it’s okay to take a day just for you. 💛
