Daily Sunrise Meditation - 30 Minutes
What You Need: - A comfortable seat so spine is tall: up against a wall, edge of a chair, floor, pillow, folded blanket - Optional Items: - Water - Tissue (in case of stuffy nose) - Journal - Blanket - Blocks/pillows/books under knees What You'll Do: - Lymph massage to start before sitting - Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance the mind and tune into breath - Mantra-based meditation using "So Hum" or "I am [that I am]" to support focusing the mind - Silence for Listening to God/Inner Voice/Highest Self (the best part!) - Journaling encouraged afterwards!
