Ooh I actually have a question! I loved last night's yoga, but is it normal to experience some extra fatigue and agitation afterward? It felt AMAZING in the moment-- but afterward I noticed pent-up frustration and resentments coming up, and my mind was really busy while my body felt super drained. I have less mental chatter today, but I still feel a bit fatigued. Can that be part of the process sometimes?

@Katie MacMullin that all makes sense! I noticed the frustration and mental chatter coming up during the shavasana, and a lot of it was around some of the communication issues I’d been experiencing. I hadn’t really been feeling frustration about it right before the session, but it makes sense that it would come up. I had trouble relaxing my mind during that part which probably made me more frustrated. But by last night I noticed that all of that dissipated and I felt much lighter!

Daily Sunrise Meditation - 30 Minutes
What You Need: - A comfortable seat so spine is tall: up against a wall, edge of a chair, floor, pillow, folded blanket - Optional Items: - Water - Tissue (in case of stuffy nose) - Journal - Blanket - Blocks/pillows/books under knees What You'll Do: - Lymph massage to start before sitting - Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance the mind and tune into breath - Mantra-based meditation using "So Hum" or "I am [that I am]" to support focusing the mind - Silence for Listening to God/Inner Voice/Highest Self (the best part!) - Journaling encouraged afterwards!

Woke up a bit late, but I did this as part of my wake up routine just now and it was much needed! My mind was very busy but this helped slow it down and by the end I felt much more peaceful 😊
