I have gained a new passion for living a healthier, happier life in my time under the guidance of Dr. Thea. Her knowledge of nutrition and its effects on the body, and how it can all come together to make every day a blessing, is something to be treasured. Her approach is kind and understanding and always resourceful. I continually take away new ideas that help me build better life habits, better nutrition choices, and educated changes that are now my new wonderful normal.
