I'm claiming something new, and I want to share it with you. From now on, Mondays are MY days. 🙌 Not the day I catch up on everyone else's needs. Not the day I disappear under the laundry, the to-do list, the endless caretaking. My day. Here's what that means 👇 ✨ I consciously build in the things that matter to me. ✨ I gently push back the things others ask of me. ✨ I put myself at the very top of my own to-do list, so I stop falling through the cracks. 🕳️➡️🌟 Because here's what I've learned: if I don't choose myself on purpose, there's only ever a scrap of time left. And I refuse to live like that. 💛 So this Monday, at least a few things that are important to ME are going to happen. On purpose. No permission needed. Who's with me? Just completed the ADHD Awakening Assessment, and one realisation floored me. For years I told myself "I get bored and quit everything." But my own words proved the opposite - I finish anything that's mine and that I can watch grow from nothing into something good. I don't quit. I come alive under the right conditions. And that dream of a rescue home for mistreated animals? Turns out it ticks every one of them.
