👩🏼‍⚕️I am my own doctor 👩🏼‍⚕️
If you know me, you know I do not trust modern medicine or doctors for 95% of anything health related. For acute things and surgery yes, it can be helpful... for everything else, there is NATURE. I've been going through an immensely challenging time personally, and my whole system feels it. As a holistic health practitioner & nutritionist, I made myself a comprehensive recovery protocol, and decided to share it with you in case you may need it too. My priorities currently: 1. Restore nervous system capacity 2. Rebuild digestion mechanics 3. Replete nutrients and brain chemistry 4. Support progesterone and hormone balance 30 DAY RESTORE PROTOCOL Nervous System · Brain · Digestion · Hormones Core Rules For The Month Eat within 60 minutes of waking Protein at every meal (25–35 g) Three meals minimum daily No fasting right now Walk daily Sleep before 11 pm whenever possible Avoid for now: Alcohol or caffeine (I never drink alcohol, but added this for you) Large raw salads, smoothies or cold foods Heavy late night meals High intensity workouts MORNING PROTOCOL Immediately Upon Waking Sunlight exposure 5–10 minutes, then warm water with lemon and pinch sea salt 3–5 minutes diaphragmatic breathing. With Breakfast Protein-focused meal Supplements PC (BodyBio) – 2 softgelsOmega 3 – 2–3 g total EPA/DHACreatine – 3–5 gMethylated B complex – 1 doseVitamin C – 1000 mgRhodiola – 100–200 mg Digestive enzyme with first bite If stomach acid still weak: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in water before meal. Purpose Cell membrane repairBrain energyStress resilienceDigestive activation MID MORNING NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT Optional but powerful Magnesium L-threonate 1–2 caps or L-theanine 100–200 mg Short walk or light movement This prevents stress escalation through the day. LUNCH PROTOCOL Balanced meal Protein + cooked vegetables (a little) + easy carbohydrate (rice, potato, root veg) Supplements Digestive enzymePC (BodyBio) – 2 softgels Omega 3 – 1–2 g Vitamin C – 500–1000 mg

I have a histamine & soy allergy. How can I modify your comprehensive recovery protocol? Samantha, thank you so much for sharing. Sending you & your husband prayers, comfort, hugs & much love during these trying times. 💛🙏 🤗
Will this fail too? 😬
There has been SO much resistance to me starting a Skool community. And not because I don't see the value or like the platform.... Because I do. It's just that I have a story that I suck at online communities. I've started a free facebook group 3 different times over the years and quit each of them after a few weeks because the initial quiet phase feels so strange and uncomfortable. I am AMAZING at building in person community but have never been able to stick with it when it comes to online, outside of IG or my high ticket groups, which is more of a one way communication model that comes secondary to teaching and coaching. So I stalled, resisted and even fought people on trying again... But deep down I know that fostering a space where like minded and souled people can come together to commune, collaborate and coverage is SO important. Also, IG & TikTok keep removing my "too controversial" posts, so it just makes sense all around. All this to say, I have some resistance, I have some fear of failure and looking bad and I have some doubts... And yet I'm still doing it, because I see the value... And I know that a community FIRST model is what the future or business & relationships looks like if we want to truly flourish. Thanks for being here in the raw messiness with me xx

Hi Alexandra! Nice to meet you!
Hey Hey Everyone
I'm from - Milwaukee, WI. However, I currently reside in Dallas, TX, and have been here for about 8 years now. I never thought to search for a platform like this until today while I was reading over some notes I made while going through the process over the past year. I guess I was checking my list to make sure I got everything done. Nope! I don't but I am so close - I think and I can feel it! I am currently building my herbal everything business. I am healing from my marriage (cant believe I just wrote that out loud - no I am not divorced nor am I separated 🤷‍♀️ but I am healing). What am I creating a free space for me.

Nice to meet you Lanesia! Looking forward to learning more about your herbal business! Natural- only things to use in and on your body- back to basics!
HI EVERYONE!
- 🌎 Erika here, tuning in from L.A, California. I was born in Russia and lived in Canada for half of my life. Recently moved to the U.S, and it's been an insane journey. Stoked to be here! :) - 🔥 What called you to the Sovereign Collective? This community seems super aligned with me. I love business, I love health, and taking care of myself and others. And I believe life is meant to be lived to the fullest, so I'm here to maximize all of these things 💃 - 💎 What are you currently building, healing, or creating? Building my future, trying to balance my burnout, not sure if I'm ready to heal yet :P and creating content along the way. Recently realized I can use content as a creative outlet for self-expression. My goal is to build a brand around myself, sharing what I've learned and what I've accomplished along the way. I think it'll be awesome. If anyone has any suggestions for me, please let me know. Say hi to me in the comments! 👋👋👋👋

Hi Erika! It’s so nice to meet you! It’s a challenge trying balance burnout. I’ve recently came back from a workshop in Sedona, Az. such a magical place! Highly recommend! It has transformed my life. As a caretaker to my mom & aunt in their 90s, working PT, building a jewelry business & currently a student learning to be a qi gong instructor is a lot. It has taken a told in my health and well being. I have learned that I have to come first and to take care of myself first. Since I’ve been back from the workshop, I have done just that- by waking up every morning to do my daily exercise and wake up my body brain & soul.🥰and I feel so good!
