Since I don't have a business nor a job and at 84 I truly doubt that I'll be seeking that avenue. I just have an insatiable curiosity and AI is fascinating to me just as software programming was for me when I was in the work force and did have a business or two. so last night I learned a couple of sites mentioned by Molly Mahoney and tried them out. Tonight I took videos created by Notebookln.google.com and tried gemini.google.com which can read videos and create rudimentary videos at the pro level which just happened to have a 30 day free trial period. I did find that the video requires human intervention with an editor and a lot of direction in creating the video. I kept to the firewalking theme and even though I referred it to the online video of Oprah Winfrey for reference it didn't get the head up, intentional walk, no dawdling idea. So manana. I'd like to add my song (the firewalking song I wrote using another music AI) to it, but that's not happening tonight. I'm amazed at how claude and ChatGPT can confuse facts in a conversation. I haven't used gemini enough to see that. I am continually correcting the 1st two on facts that they get twisted. And gemini gave me the cure to Claude's loss of conversations for the past 10 days. A simple ctrl + period did it. I used ChatGPT last summer to coordinate a driving trip from Florida to Canada last year and came out with a perfect list of travel. I gave it the number of hours i wanted to be on the road and find accommodations at the end of a day I'll be using it to plan a trip to NC but it will be very different. I'll be looking for a possible new home, meeting old friends, and then heading into the mountains for a 30 year celebration of a not for profit Scottish Heritage organization I co-founded. So it will still be a trip maker, but mixed with area demographics and specific housing requirements, etc. So essentially I'm going to use it as a realty agent to find an area to look for homes in and then search those areas for homes.
