Happy Monday, is it Mindset or Motivation?
What actually comes first mindset or motivation? Because honestlyโ€ฆ I donโ€™t wake up motivated every day. Some days I feel tired.Some days Iโ€™d rather not. And Iโ€™ve noticedโ€ฆ waiting for motivation doesnโ€™t really work. What does help is just deciding, โ€œ๐‘‚๐‘˜๐‘Ž๐‘ฆโ€ฆ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘ก ๐‘š๐‘’ ๐‘—๐‘ข๐‘ ๐‘ก ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘ก.โ€ Even if itโ€™s small. Even if itโ€™s messy. And weirdly, once I startโ€ฆ the motivation shows up after. So maybe itโ€™s not about waiting to feel ready. Maybe itโ€™s just about starting anyway. What do you think โ€” mindset or motivation?

Is it actually true? How could you reframe to tell a different story? Do you know what you actually want? And not just the thing, situation, person etc. What is the feeling you would have by achieving it? And if that doesnโ€™t feel good, do you really want it? What help could you ask for to help you achieve what you want, and who could you ask?

Ask yourself, โ€œIf I do this, does it take me closer to my goal or further away?โ€ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ Be aware of the stories you run that keep you stuck and make a conscious decision to change them. ๐—–๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ The wins, big and small.
