What actually comes first mindset or motivation?
Because honestly… I don’t wake up motivated every day. Some days I feel tired.Some days I’d rather not.
And I’ve noticed… waiting for motivation doesn’t really work.
What does help is just deciding, “𝑂𝑘𝑎𝑦… 𝑙𝑒𝑡 𝑚𝑒 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑡.”
Even if it’s small. Even if it’s messy. And weirdly, once I start… the motivation shows up after.
So maybe it’s not about waiting to feel ready.
Maybe it’s just about starting anyway.
