Bio: Started the journey into land as wholesaler, found land flipping. Loved the concept. Been in it for the last 3 months or so looking to grow.

Bio: 20+ years in title abstract & management, now putting it to work on the investing side. Fueled by coffee, land deals, and always learning.

Bio: I have been a professional musician and teacher for 30 years. ( pianist, guitarist, vocalist) I have a B.A. in music ed.. New in real estate/travel.
