For my YT videos i mostly design the thumbnails by myself, by no means are they impressive, but i want to look further and make more better ones I just need some advice or guidance over making thumbnails that not only get clicks, but show the intention behind the podcast Here's the thumbnail for my latest video, how do u guys think i could improve it?

So I started this podcast from around mid June last year, and I must say the journey so far is great!
