@Carla Welch Editing can definitely test your patience lol. I think a lot of people underestimate how much goes into learning the backend side of podcasting. Do you feel like it’s gotten easier over time since starting or is it still the biggest challenge for you?

@Jtx Fr Yeah I would say the editing has become more simplified. I remember at one point having to use Premiere Pro and Final Cut for everything which was more complex. I also agree with the guests part. I think it's important that certain guests aligns with what you're building and the seriousness of collaborating is equally considered. It can seem like a needle in a haystack if you're not blindly booking guests.

How did you navigate discoverability for your show?

I've been posting consistently on socials (TikTok, Instagram and Youtube) and just started to attend in person events to network. My content is centered around personal development and introspection. I'm trying to figure out what actually moves the needle when it comes to discoverability and building an organic audience/following. My guess is market research but a lot of it feels very brainy, lol. My creative process has stemmed from mainly topics that resonate with me that I feel others would relate to so it's more intuitive. For anyone who has seen growth and are open to share what may have worked for you..I'd appreciate the insight.

Multistream?

Does anyone Multistream? My current podcast airs once a week on Tiktok and then I upload Youtube replays but I'm thinking about live-streaming through multiple platforms. Has anyone tried and been successful at this?

@Skylar Bytendorp I looked into Streamyard. Only thing is if you stream to multiple platforms the chat doesn't show for each platform. I decided to just cut out live streaming for now and just do pre-recorded. I may revisit in the future.
