Integration- Re-membering the fragments of self What old pattern or story have I outgrown, and what truth is taking place? I know I’m no an angry person, far from it, I choose to be my true happy, joyful self who loves everyone and everything. So, the next time I’m triggered I will be my true self and send love to all. 1.

Georgia, I love to hear you speak of this. What a freeing realization!
ARC Framework Integration Re-membering the fragments of self
What helps me remember I'm already enough, even as I grow? My faith has and will always sustained me. For many years as I mourned being broken and believed I would never be whole I did not deny feeling those things, but at the same time realized my Faith has the truth. I am enough, and though I could not see how it could ever be, I chose to believe and live by what my Faith said. My Faith has won the battle, and I now know that even as I grow I am enough. ❤️
ARC Framework Expression for Clarity
How does my body want to express what I am feeling now? My body wants to dance 💃 and that is what I am going to do!
Somatic ARC Framework
1. What truth feels like it's been patiently waiting under the surface? The truth that I am not broken or inconsequential. My active journey has been 45 years long. That truth started so deep inside and it is finally able to push through the surface. It is exciting, and a little scary. Scary because the last couple years I have known the realization of that truth was coming but I have been fighting it. I believe I have been mourning the loss of 60 years, maybe 2 thirds of my life or more, struggling to live without that truth. I know that angers me also and if I stop fighting it and fully embrace it then the screams that come out of me would deafen my whole town😆. A funny thought to think of everyone in my town outside trying to figure out where the noise is coming from. I am grateful for humor because for me it is a sign of growth.❤️

@Tami Bell Thank you for sharing your story. You are amazing! Be proud of yourself for the tremendous but tough work you have done and are continuing to do. I had a narcissistic parent, and at my age (60's) I am just getting to self-care and growth without guilt. I admire your ability to push through! I also was trained as an RN. So don't be hard on yourself. It sounds like you are doing very well navigating life 'post-narcissistic manipulation'. Many blessings.
