Leads on autopilot? Check.
I just built an automated workflow that handles lead generation completely from scratch. When I ask it for "10 leads needing [Insert Service] in [Insert Location]," it doesn’t just scrape names. It validates the data and generates a deep-dive analysis report highlighting: - The business's exact pain points - How my service can deliver immediate value It has already handed me multiple qualified leads. Next step: I am building a second workflow to take these verified leads, automatically generate a tailored proposal, and drop it into a human-in-the-loop review queue for final approval before sending. Has anyone built a similar proposal automation?

@Ahmad Khan That’s exactly what the lead validation workflow solves! It doesn't just guess based on generic data. It live-scans their actual social profiles, Google reviews, and current job postings to find real, active bottlenecks. Once those specific pain points are validated, the workflow passes that data downstream to build the custom proposal.
Found 6k local leads: 70% have no website, 30% have no AI. How would you scale the outreach?
Hey everyone, looking for some strategic advice on a local agency play. I recently extracted lead data for my city and mapped out over 6,000 local SMBs. The data split gives me a perfect two-pronged offer: - The Web Dev Angle: Around 70% to 80% of these businesses completely lack a website. I want to build them a web presence bundled with a baseline AI helper. - The Pure AI Angle: For the remaining 20% to 30% that do have websites, almost most of them have no active agent or chatbot. I want to step in and sell them standalone AI automation solutions. The market is wide open, but I have a few major doubts about execution: - Speed: Plain warm outreach feels like it’s going to drag out and eat up all my time. I need a framework to move through these leads quickly. - Authority: I don't have a recognizable brand name yet. When I hit them with cold emails or DMs, I'm worried the lack of an existing portfolio will kill my response rates. What strategy should I deploy right now to hit the ground running? How can I pitch both the website-less owners and the tech-ready owners so they trust me quickly, even without a corporate track record? Any tools, workflows, or direct angles you'd recommend to scale this fast would be incredibly appreciated!
Seeking Feedback for Optimization
I wanted to share an enterprise-grade AI Agent workflow I recently completed. In many businesses, when handling daily expense reimbursements, bill auditing, or customer tickets, employees constantly have to manually copy and paste data between instant messaging tools and backend systems. This becomes extremely labor-intensive, especially when dealing with complex screenshots and unstructured invoices. ———————— 👉 https://my.feishu.cn/wiki/R6IgwO5CHiWjnJkdGeScoSPinVe?from=from_copylink Please leave your test feedback, system crash reports, or any features you think are absolutely essential for real-world production in the comments section!

its Good and If you are looking to push this into production with real-world workloads, few potential edge cases come to mind that might be worth bulletproofing like Gateway File Validation and JSON Parsing Safety
