One thing I started doing everyday is starting off my day with a prayer or naming 5-10 things I am grateful for that day BEFORE I get on my phone. I use to be someone who woke up and went straight to my phone. It makes me feel ungrateful by choosing my phone over the Lord. Slowly becoming 1% better everyday 🙌🏽🙏🏽
The Magic of Thinking Big 💎
Good evening ladies 🤍 If you’ve ever had self doubt about yourself and believed with all your heart and soul that something couldn’t be done then this small 2 step exercise from the book ‘The Magic of Thinking Big’ might be able to help: It’s called ‘believe it can be done’ To help us develop creative power through belief we must: 1: Eliminate the word ‘impossible’ from our thoughts and speaking vocabulary. We’ve all heard the cliché “whatever you think over and over again will manifest into reality.” If we continue to believe and think it’s impossible to reach for that goal, dream or purpose then you’re helping your mind to think of ways to NOT help you achieve your task. 2: Is there something special you’ve been wanting to do (ex: project, goal, business endeavor etc…) but you felt you couldn’t? If you have time tonight make a list of reasons on why you CAN do it. From personal experience I had inventory of a product that I invested that needed to be sold by a certain date and I was coming up 2 days shy from the due date and ZERO sales 😭 I wanted to cry and I realized that I kept playing a story in my head that no one wanted to buy (so that’s the action I was taking- fear was paralyzing me.) I remember that night I started to work against my own limiting beliefs and wrote a list of about 10 reasons why people would LOVE to purchase my product. The next day I only had about 5 hours in the evening to generate some sales and with my little list and a whole lot of FAITH I went out and took massive action - I talked to hundreds of people and had HUNDREDS of people reject me. But the outcome? I was able to pay back my initial $300 investment plus I made a little over $500 profit that night 🤯 I couldn’t believe it, but no, wait… YES I COULD!!! This list is powerful! Your thoughts are powerful! Mindset is EVERYTHING 💎 This small exercise worked for me and I am hoping if you’ve read this far down that it helps you too 💖🥹 I am proud of you ladies and I wish nothing but success for each and every one of you. Could you please help me pick a challenge we can do for the next 15 days that you feel will benefit you in your life or business in some way shape or form? Content Creation Challenge (15 Days) - Focus: Developing content creation skills / consistency / accountability - Daily Tasks: Each day has a different prompt (e.g., morning routine, health tips, behind-the-scenes, business advice, or personal growth stories). - Goal: Help members get more comfortable in front of the camera and posting regularly + learn from other members what worked for them / didn't work for them Mindset Mastery Challenge (15 Days) - Focus: Personal development and growth mindset. - Daily Tasks: Journaling prompts, mindset-shifting practices, or gratitude exercises. - Goal: Foster self-awareness, discipline, and positivity. Business Growth Sprint (15 Days) - Focus: Growing and improving their business or side hustle + accountability. - Daily Tasks: Set and track business goals, refine elevator pitches, cold outreach, or collaborate with fellow members. - Goal: Encourage networking and business development through actionable tasks.
