even though I wasn't able to make the breathwork I still feel a huge change in myself. mostly in my emotional state. when I look at my eating habits that has changed a bit too and im grateful for even the small change. I've managed to stay fairly on task with my night time bed routine as I slowly work towards a full new habit. I will continue to join the cohorts when it works so I can get to another breathwork session. Just really grateful for the opportunity to access such a potent program. thanx team

im so happy with the rise app! I used it last time and it made me feel so bad as I was always in sleep debt and I struggled to change my habits due to alot of stress in my life at the time. it's been almost two weeks with the app again and I have no sleep debt! have also changed a big habit that I have been wanting to for a long time and that's tv. for years and years I've fallen asleep to the TV and the last few nights I've turned it off. it feels so good to change just that little thing.
Last Night's Dinner 🤤🤤
Michael, the kids, and I had rice bowls last night. We had brown rice with lots of veges and salad plus tofu, boiled eggs and almonds for a good dose of protein. And I can confirm this was all but completely demolished 😅
