Shaker bottle
Anyone have a suggestion on a good/functional and durable shaker bottle?
I’m actually looking for one too 👀 following this thread. I’ve heard good things about the HELIMIX 2.0 and the classic BlenderBottle ProStak Shaker Bottle. Curious what everyone here recommends though.

Hi everyone! My name is Mike, and I’m a 60 year old work-from-home data pharmacist from Maumee, Ohio. I’ve been working with Michael for a few years - I needed guidance to supplement my local trainer for home workouts, and in the meantime was able to transform an unused formal living room into a decently equipped gym where I do my “Michael Dean” workouts. I’ve collected comics and have been a huge Wonder Woman fan since the Lynda Carter days. It’s hard to pin down a favorite move (and you’d think it’d be a superhero movie- Superman the Movie with Christopher Reeve is definitely near the top!) but The Birds and Christine are my favorites. My favorite music group is Blondie, and if all the music ever recorded was drowning in the ocean and I could only save one recording, y’all would be listening to Heart of Glass for the rest of your lives! I started working with a trainer in 2009 after gaining back a bunch of weight I’d lost with NutriSystem a couple years earlier and realized I needed a different approach for lasting change. That year I lost over 60 pounds and have never looked back.
Working from home and having a home gym sounds fun! haha

Batch Cooking = Cheat Code 🏆
If you’re not batch cooking, you’re honestly making healthy eating harder than it needs to be.. You don’t have to plan every meal for the week or spend hours meal prepping containers. Just cook bigger portions of a few simple foods. For example, a few days ago I roasted a big tray of sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I made way more than I needed on purpose 👍 Yesterday I cooked some marinated pork chops for dinner. 👉 Today I just sliced up the leftover pork and threw it on a plate with the veggies that were already cooked. Meal done in about 2 minutes. That’s the benefit of batch cooking. You’re not locked into specific meals. You just keep good ingredients ready in the fridge and mix them together whenever you need something quick. It saves time, reduces stress around food, and makes it way easier to stay on track with your nutrition. Real life cheat code.

Hello all. My name is Jon Perez. I’m from Alta Loma, Ca. I started with Coach Dean about 4 months ago. I’ve worked out for years and needed and extra push/ support to get after it more. I’m turning 50 this year so here we are. I am a Marine and a Troubleman for The local utility. My wife and daughter are very big on fitness and drive me to get after it everyday. Now for a favorite movie… wow hard one to narrow down I guess Lone Survivor with Mark Walberg. Happy to be here! Looking forward to push the envelope to be fit and ready to go. SEMPER FI!!!
That’s really cool haha, having your girls keep you motivated in fitness is awesome. Meanwhile, I’m over here still trying to convince my family to get into fitness too 😂
