Intro
Hey everyone, just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name's Josh. My wife and I began investing in real-estate about three years ago. We started with an STR and gained experience. Like many others, we found it difficult to scale quickly. So we decided to start a co-hosting business. I'm excited for what the future holds and I hope to learn and provide what value I can to this group!

Let’s talk about your fees?
Do you charge an onboarding fee? Do you charge a Tech fee? What commission % do you charge?

Since we're just beginning, we start with a 3-month 15% introductory fee and then it jumps to 20%. As of right now we don't charge any tech fees, although I think we will in the future. Also, for full design we charge $2/sqft and $2/sqft for furnishing, assembling furniture, etc. Probably fairly cheap compared to others, but just trying to get it off the ground.

We just recently started promoting our furnishing/design services and have our first client looking to close on a house in the next couple of weeks. They're highly motivated and hired us to do all of the furnishing and design. Excited to get started!
