New Job
Good Evening Fellas, just wanted to say I start a new job tomorrow. I went from managing a facility to now I’m working in the corporate office managing. Just wanted some advice or words of encouragement from you all. I’ll also post my outfit that I will wear for tomorrow and throughout the week too.

Biggest difference in your style
Hey everyone, We’re all here to improve how we present ourselves and how we look and come across to others. I’d like to ask you - what was the most important moment or decision that helped you define your personal style? And what are you most proud of on your journey? I know it’s all about experimenting and that everyone has a different path, but I’m curious about your personal experiences. What has been the biggest shift or transformation for you along the way? Thanks a lot for sharing.

Honestly just talking to my peers and once I got a job in management. One of my peers who I look to for advice told me when you wanna make sure you look the part. It helps with people respecting you.

@Marek Štěpánek yep that is true and now I’m stepping into a different management role officially on Monday where I’ll be working from the corporate building so I’m just trying to lock in and remain focus and continue to dress the part.
A.I. for clothing advice
With A.I. being such a big deal these days, I'm curious if anyone has ever tried using A.I. for clothing advice? I've never thought about that before and I'm not sure it would really be worth it, but I'm just curious if anyone has done it and what were the results.

So much more…..
Many of us joined RMRS to better ourselves from a daily clothing ascetic and improve the way we ultimately dress and look on a daily basis. But I think there’s so much more to growth as a Real Man through mental, manners, and how to be a gentleman. That being said, one thing I’ve taken is also the accountability that we subconsciously place on ourselves by choosing to post our OOTD and allow ourselves to be critiqued by our brothers and sisters. This brings me to my point, I’ve fallen into a complacency with my daily outfit as many days this is my standard “uniform” of jeans, company logged polo and various levels of footwear depending on my destination that day. The one thing I overlooked is the aforementioned accountability. I’ve made some great connections and friends within the community and my daily post helped me greatly on the weightloss journey and battle through PT and shoulder surgery. I have become lackadaisical as of late in my posts and have seen that it has trickled down to other aspects of my life, specifically my “food” life and began slowly putting some of the weight I’ve lost back on. This being said, personally I look at this community as so much more than an opportunity to look better, it’s an opportunity to become a better dresser, person, friend, and brother. I’ve returned to the commitment level I had before during my journey and have lost the weight I gained and have the focus to reach my goal. I’m not asking for thanks or pomp and circumstance here, merely a tip of the hat.

Love this and thanks encouragement. We’re all here in this community to lift and help each other out. Just gotta take it day by day and set small goals that are achievable for yourself. Remember we’re here to encourage and support each other.
Date Night
Getting ready to take my lovely bride of 30 years out for date night in one of my favorite warm-weather combinations — linen on linen. The sage green linen shirt and cream linen trousers create an effortless balance of texture, breathability, and relaxed tailoring. Both pieces are cut clean without being restrictive, allowing the natural drape of the fabric to do the talking. Grounding the outfit is a rich chocolate pair of Allen Edmonds horsebit loafers, adding just the right amount of sophistication and contrast. Comfortable, timeless, and proof that dressing well for your wife never goes out of style.
