When your body drops into scarcity mode: "𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩", it broadcasts the 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 that repels the thing you're reaching for. That’s because 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 doesn't attract, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 does. Knowing this information is good news! But 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 changes nothing without 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. Meaning: action is necessary to embody change. 𝗗𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦: Practice catching your state 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘵. That's the whole game. Figure out your personal "𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵" signal, and practice the state of SAFETY intentionally before panic kicks in to run the show. First, get to know your signal. Run my 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 and find which is your usual one 👇 😬 𝗧𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧: this is the body clench. Shallow breath, tight chest, jaw locked. Lack of money feels like a threat of danger coming for you. 🏃 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚: this is the frantic scramble. Overworking, grabbing any opportunity, hustling from panic and fear instead of calm deliberate choice. 🙈 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚: this is the redirect; the flinch. You look away, focus on anything else, avoid the bank app, "be busy" and dodge the numbers. This is the "I’ll deal with it later" process. You can't integrate a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 until you can spot and shift your old one in real time.
