I was out recently with a group of children on an adventure day and they came across this bug. After some research, we all decided it was the common cockchafer or doodlebug... And I think it might be my favourite! These beetles are not as common in Scotland, so it was a great find by one of the children! I went home and researched some more but I cannot get over its little face! This has to be one of the cutest bugs I've seen! What's your most recent - cool find ?
