Making CRM Contacts your own
Looking to @Josh Staab to dive in here, so starting a thread on ways to extend your use of contacts. My starting point is: - I want to track what groups, orgs, or associations my contacts are also a part of -- I go to a number of different networking, faith or social groups and seeing who is also in each is helpful -- my initial thought is to use tags for this (found near the top of the contact detail panel, its a list you create to share across contacts) - I want to track when I connect one contact to another, or refer one to another -- my thought is to create an Association for this (little widget on the right side of contact details) -- is there a better way? Ideally I could add a note (why I connected them) and date to each association - I am using Notes to record conversations I have had, so it's my running "what I know about this person" -- I'd love to print the list of notes in one doc, is that possible? That's my start, please add your questions, ideas, suggestions

Good morning @Mike Kromhout ! Yes tags are the best feature to implement for the first point as far as organizing the origination of the contact. You can get more detailed inside of the contact notes as well. You're on the right track with Associations as well, but it's just a label. The notes would have to be added to each contact but I do think there's a way to link that across both of the contacts without having to double apply the note. I need to look and I'll report back. Regarding the notes, no there's not a way that I've found to print them all into one doc. A workaround could be a Google doc for each contact and then just link that google doc in the notes tab. So your GHL "Note" would only be the google doc link and all of your actual notes would go into the Google doc. Great questions! I can tell you're really digging into the CRM!
My Grand Opening!!
I have been so, so busy preparing for this moment, and it went by so fast! I'm so thankful for the opportunity God has given me to be His arm extended in my community. We did a collaboration with our new local gym to have a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony. The day was full of so many good memories that I will cherish forever. God is so good!!

Man Working From Home Late To Meeting After Getting Stuck In Heavy Two-Factor Authentication
PINEHURST, NC— A local remote worker arrived six minutes late to a video call this week after reportedly getting trapped in heavy two-factor authentication. According to witnesses, the man was fully prepared for the meeting until his laptop asked him to verify his identity using a phone that was sitting three feet away. The situation escalated when the verification code expired, the calendar link opened in the wrong browser, and his headphones connected to a different room. “I was basically in bumper-to-bumper traffic,” he explained, while staring at a spinning loading icon. Coworkers were reportedly understanding, noting that “tech issues” have officially replaced “car trouble” as the professional world’s most reliable delay explanation. Common causes now include: -Zoom needing an update -AirPods joining a previous call spiritually but not technically -The wrong Google account opening -A calendar invite hiding in another workspace -The microphone being muted in three separate places -The computer choosing that exact moment to become reflective about software permissions HR later confirmed the company would begin tracking virtual tardiness under a new category calledcommute-adjacent friction. At press time, the employee had finally joined the meeting but could not hear anyone, prompting the entire team to say, “Check your audio,” in perfect unison.

Ha! This one made me chuckle. The pain of Google logging you out right when a meeting starts. Doesn't happen often but it's so embarrassing 😂
Thank You Josh!
Thank you, @Josh Staab for the module on GoHighLevel and CRMs in general. For those who were unable to attend, we will be posting the recording in your cohort classroom soon! Tons of good information in there. DM Josh or me if you have any questions. Have a wonderful evening. Prayers to everyone and their families, Arthur

@Felipe Hernandez Hey Felipe, appreciate you being there today and great question! The Payments module is basically everything you need to get paid inside GHL: invoices and estimates, one-off payment links, subscriptions for recurring billing etc so it should be able to replace your existing system. What is your current platform you're using for payments? That will inform our next steps. If you don't have one already it would be helpful to grab a Stripe.com acct to get started. That would be the back-end payment processor for the GHL setup.
