How to inspire your kids to chase their dreams?
(No matter how big they are) When I would tell my parents "I wanna be a billionaire" They would reply with "You can't even save your own money" (Talking about birthday/christmas money I would blow on whatever toy I obsessed over. - spoilt mofo) It was very discouraging and led me to not give a f*ck in school. (Still got awesome grades ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘‰ ) With that said, i'm curious to hear how you spark curiosity in your kids:

I have been working on: Letting my kids be bored. Aka, not allowing screen time (TV, iPad, games, or anything digital). Just disallowing them that, they get bored instantly even though they have rooms of their own full of toys and art supplies and their own โ€œinterestsโ€. But allowing them to find something to do on their own has allowed them to get outside, make something creative(Art), play games together(board games, cards, etcโ€ฆ), get into our pool, walk our dogs, and more. I have to consciously make an effort to not โ€œthink for themโ€ and find things for them to do or give them ideas or help them. It has been tough, but definitely rewarding. Oh, also letting them do things on their own! Like letting my kids cook or fix something with me. Man, watching them and not allowing yourself to take over due to a lack of speed and efficiency on their part. **whew, go to your happy place. Go to your happy placeโ€ฆ Wu Sah! Wu sah!** But letting them do it themselves has taught them how to be a problem solver and learn some patience and grit. Plus gives them time together with me which is about 99% of what they want anyways. I may as well teach them something and give them the love they want and need.
