At a museum and taking a break. So I decide to hit my 15 minute Art of Mobility practice in an abandoned corner at the museum. I did get some weird looks… And my public stretching habit is unorthodox. But…. Should we normalize stretching in public? We have a designated smoking area and I receive weirder look than the smokers. I think we should live in a world where facilitating a 15 minute mobility practice is more common place than taking a smoke break. Let’s lobby to have designated mobility areas and facilities as a public right by placing these signs in appropriate public areas. I thought the slogan “Make Stretching Great Again” Or Make America Mobile Again (MAMA!) was pretty cool. But others though it was a political statement in support of MAGA. What are your thoughts??

People who miss judge or attack anything directly correlated to the success health fitness wellness and Love of all God's children because they are still hyper polarized, angry and stuck brewing resentment on one side of a brewing civil war between bloods&crips - will soon be left behind or trampled underfoot of We The People rising up and walking forward into the light with God. I totally agree the number of public areas for safe movement snacks should at least match (if not far exceed) that of areas for smoking. If maga esque is a deal breaker they could be called a... GRA (get rigidity active) Or GRAB (get rigidity active baby) ..a healthy snack yo! Or they could be KBAs or KBAAs (keep body active area) BAM body active mat I could see these becoming places of potential conflict though. How long can a single person occupy the space?
