Joined earlier in the year with Lewis to help me build towards the Manchester marathon next year. He has been great with a plan set with different blocks through the year. Along the way I’ve improved so much with general fitness and getting PBs along the way. Half marathon going down by 5 minutes and getting very close to my sub 20min 5k goal which is the target for the end of the year.
Lewis makes sure the training is not overloading my body along side my CrossFit training.
