Online Home: Build where customers will find you: a website, landing page, or physical location. 5. Social Presence: Create profiles on platforms your customers use: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta. Complete your Google Business Profile setup. 6. Financial Infrastructure: Open a business bank account and set up payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, or Square). 7. First Customers: Identify 3 to 5 people who will be your first customers or beta testers. 8. Growth Plan: Draft a simple marketing plan with 2 to 3 specific tactics you will execute weekly to attract new customers. 9. Operations & Tools: List the minimum tools needed to deliver your service or product without burnout. 10. Build Your Team: Decide if you need contractors, virtual assistants, or partners. Identify the first role you need to fill. 11. Find a Mentor or Coach: Seek out someone who has built what you want to build. Schedule regular check-ins to get guidance and accountability. 12. Networking Community: Join a local or online group where you connect with other entrepreneurs. Show up consistently to build relationships. 13.
