HIRING STILL
Hello! I am reposting this as the opportunity has arisen to start next week... I have a really exciting opportunity - which could evolve into many other projects for a London based consumer goods merchandising company. Job Spec below: Iโ€™m looking for a developer with strong experience designing structured databases (ideally airtable) and rebuilding internal workflow systems for real-world operational teams. This involves consolidating many Excel sheets into a unified schema, designing clean data models, and building practical ingestion + workflow automations (PDF/email/SharePoint โ†’ structured records). It involves directly speaking with clients in a professional manner to gather information. This is for a mid-sized consumer goods supplier (private-label style). Timeline: 3 months starting in January 26 - with a view to expand to 9 months for a full time roll out. Would be very hands on / full-time Timezone: Strong overlap with UK hours. Rate: High fee - project based If interested, please send examples only (1-2 min Looms are ideal). Please provide: 1. Loom(s) or screen-share demos of any relevant work e.g.,: - A database or internal tool you architected - Any workflow system (CP engine, operations tracking, etc.) - Any Excel โ†’ database migration youโ€™ve done - Any ingestion: emails/PDFs/SharePoint/Drive โ†’ structured data (Blur/redact anything sensitive โ€” structure is what matters.) What the Build Involves - Designing a structured, scalable database to replace fragmented spreadsheets (the design is very important as there current structure is very messy) - Migrating/collapsing hundreds of Excel sheets into a single schema - working with the client to understand what each spreadsheet means / entails - Building a workflow layer with milestones, dependencies, statuses, and team visibility - Ingesting briefs and documents (emails, PDFs, SharePoint folders) into structured records using automation (e.g., N8N or Make.com) - Setting foundations for additional modules later (costing engine, concept library, etc.)
๐Ÿšจ Hiring Airtable Dev in Latin/North America โ€ข Urgent
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Apply here: shm.to/get-my-career-to-the-next-level โ€ข Hi, For my AI automation agency, I'm currently looking for a fully remote freelancing Airtable developer who'll work for a client based in California in the luxury real estate industry. The need is urgent. The client needs the developer 2-3 days/week for a first stretch of a few months, with a possibility for a longer collaboration. EXPECTED SKILLS - very responsive โ€“ able to respond to the client by Slack or email within 1 hour - Airtable โ€“ familiar with Airtable (database layer, automations and interfaces) - English โ€“ fluent in both written and oral English - communication โ€“ good relational skills - technical bonus โ€“ familiar with Fillout forms, Make automations, and OpenAI prompt engineering PERKS - fully remote position - KPI-based incentive structure: 1. Each month, if you achieve certain milestones, you get financial rewards. 2. If you upsell the client on a new project, you get a commission. - freedom-and-responsibility approach โ€“ if you don't perform well, you'll be asked to account for your results; if you perform well, you'll be given a great level of freedom Only apply if you're based in Latin or North America. If you think this is in your wheelhouse, then I want to hear from you! I've already received a number of applications, but I'm looking for this raw hidden gem who'll make sparkles for the client.

Hello! Just joined as I am hiring a role for an Airtable expert
Thank you for welcoming me into this cool community. I have a really exciting opportunity - which could evolve into many other projects for a London based consumer goods merchandising company. Job Spec below: Iโ€™m looking for a developer with strong experience designing structured databases (ideally airtable) and rebuilding internal workflow systems for real-world operational teams. This is for a mid-sized consumer goods supplier (private-label style). Timeline: 2-3 months starting in January (design starting ASAP). Would be very hands on / full-time Timezone: Strong overlap with UK hours. Rate: Day rate or project rate โ€“ open. If interested, please send examples only (1-2 min Looms are ideal). Please provide: 1. Loom(s) or screen-share demos of relevant work: - A database or internal tool you architected - Any workflow system (CP engine, operations tracking, etc.) - Any Excel โ†’ database migration youโ€™ve done - Any ingestion: emails/PDFs/SharePoint/Drive โ†’ structured data (Blur/redact anything sensitive โ€” structure is what matters.) 2. Additional proof: - Screenshots / case studies - Before/after examples of messy โ†’ structured systems What the Build Involves - Designing a structured, scalable database to replace fragmented spreadsheets (the design is very important as there current structure is very messy) - Migrating/collapsing hundreds of Excel sheets into a single schema - Building a workflow layer with milestones, dependencies, statuses, and team visibility - Ingesting briefs and documents (emails, PDFs, SharePoint folders) into structured records - Setting foundations for additional modules later (costing engine, concept library, etc.) Tech stack is flexible โ€” Airtable (ideally), Supabase, or a custom DB are all options, depending on UX/performance needs.
