Is anyone in this group going to retirement communities to Do annuity and LTC seminars?
If so what has your experience been like doing this? Do you have any advice about the best way to do this? I have access to annuity product with a good LTC rider and I am thinking this could be a good way to generate sales leads and appointments at a low cost or possibly for free. If people in this group have experience with this then I would love to hear about your experience with doing this.

@Jonathan Symonds I have run seminars and door knocked retirement communities as well. I find door knocking is very under looked and an amazing tool that has helped me be a top producer at my firm. I would love to connect and share my techniques and approach if you are open to it!
