Attention Meditation Men, This group exists because I need it — a brotherhood of grounded, intentional men walking the path together. And it exists for the same reason you joined: to support a real meditation practice and be in the company of men who actually show up. We host free silent meditations every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Lately, I’ve noticed many members haven’t been joining. No judgment — life happens. But intention without follow-through doesn’t serve you, and it doesn’t serve the group. So here’s how we’re moving forward: Meditation Men is for active participants. To stay in the group, you’ll need to join at least one live meditation per month. If that doesn’t fit your life right now, totally okay — you’re welcome to step out and return when the timing is right. No pressure, no hard feelings. I’ll also be reaching out 1-on-1 to make sure this doesn’t get missed. If you’re in and want to stay active, comment “I’m in” below and join us this week.
