Staying mentally tough even when it hurts.
Fatigue is temporary. Growth is earned. The days you’re tired, sore, and mentally drained are the days that separate you from everyone else. Anybody can work when they feel good — champions keep pushing when it hurts. Lock in. Stay disciplined. One more rep. One more sprint. One more step closer. Your body might be tired, but your mindset doesn’t have to quit.
