Because of the course, my perspective has changed! Before, my plan was to wholesale until I had enough funding to invest big. Now with what I learned from the course, the plan is to put funding first with the credit I already have. If you don’t get what I mean, you should definitely check it out. I fully endorse the saying that goes “Not everything that is simple, is easy” but THIS process might prove that wrong. I know the course definitely did. “Funding First” is the new motto.

I have to be honest with you…. I finished these videos in the first day because the course was so short and easy to understand. But going through with it was the best decision I made this week. Funding really is the base of all deals. For my RE investors, even when you get a property for free, you still pay title/paperwork fees.
