What are your 2026 goals?
For me, Q1 of 2026, will have me leverage my 25+ year experience in operations and entrepreneurship to build 2 products Which can be modified for different industries. 1. A lead generation tool, with will take an information first approach vs the typical used car salesman/snake oils salesman approach typically unused in business. Tolls will utilize RAG Vector database (industry specific) to educate customers and then once they are ready, connect them with a licensed sales agent. In order to make sure it is “intelligent” enough, I will test with some online testing to see if it is smart enough to become “licensed” in that industry. First industry will be Life Insurance. 2. A small business SAAS to assist small teams manage all aspects/departments (think HR, Accounts Payable, CRM, Field Management, Fleet, etc). Departments will act as modules that can be added or replaced based on industry. First industry will be a Truck Management System (TMS). The plan is build the MVPs on a combination of Airtable, N8N, Supabase and Softr. Please feel free to drop any criticism, comments, thoughts, suggestions, or a simply tell me I am Crazy 🤪.

@Hicham Char thanks. From my experience, the typical sales funnel is get as much as you can; not what the customer needs. This happens at all levels from board rooms to 1-on-1 sales. My approach is completely different. I won’t even ask for more than their First name (for conversational purposes); until they are ready to take the next step. The AI agent will provide user specific suggestions and scenarios based on the Information they provide. It will provide no Pricing as that is not its goal.
Action and consistency
One post can change your income. One skill can change your life so change your mind set today and get along. Learn a skill once and get paid repeatedly. Monetization is simply solving problems at scale. If you can explain it clearly, you can sell it digitally.

Totally agree, if you can not discuss what your offering, then you won’t get monetized, regardless of the platform, product, or intentions. Just because it’s digital, doesn’t mean it isn’t some form of sales.

Hello everyone, Jose from New Jersey, 47, retired and bored 🤣. I have been building process and operations all my professional career in one way or another. Now that I have more time, I am looking to take what I have learned over the 20+ years at the C-Level and as Entrepreneur, and build some SAAS products for several industries. Happy to be here and to learn from all of you, hopefully some of you can learn from my experiences. Please feel free to ask me anything.
🎉 Happy New Year, Everyone
It is always a good time to reflect on everything you accomplished this past year and to set some goals for what you want to achieve in the new one. Thank you for helping us build such an awesome community over the past year. I cannot wait to see how much more it grows by the end of 2026. Cheers, Nate
