@Mike Ruscica This is really interesting. Buying a $19k note for $2.9k is wild. When title calls for payoff like this, do you usually get the full balance or do you negotiate a discounted payoff to close the deal faster?

@Mike Ruscica That makes sense. Even with a discounted payoff the spread from $2.9k is still huge. Deals like that must feel great when they come through. Out of curiosity, when you buy these 2nd position notes, are you mostly finding them directly from banks or through brokers and note marketplaces?
