Just joined - Introduction
Hey everyone, I’m Joris from The Netherlands and I recently started my business Ahoritaworks. I’ve built my first app, Madlytics, which is a trading journal app. And got my first clients last week. I am now working on a few new projects: an SEO operator and a local business website builder. Also currently working on setting up an internal Ops Hub to structure things. My main job is project management, but I love that I can build from my ideas into practice now using AI. This is also my goal, create great businesses from ideas. Happy to be here and looking forward to get to know some of you!

@Nafiou Tino Focused on shipping my latest app now, happy with this one because I already have a great plan to market it and find customers.
Icebreaker
How are you using AI in your own business or day-to-day life? What AI projects are you working on right now?

@Ahmad Ceesay That sounds amazing. I have created my own hub after Nate's video about it. Really happy with the result so far
Dogfooding
This is my new favorite word in relation to building with AI. Definition: "Dogfooding is the practice of a company using its own products or services internally before releasing them to the public. Short for "eating your own dog food," it serves as a form of real-world quality control to identify bugs, improve usability, and build confidence in the product." It seems obvious that this is the way of the future. The tools to build are getting better and easier to use. Domain experts building their own software... Anyone here dogfooding a vertical product in the industry they work in and have expertise in?

This is actually the way i think about building my apps. If I build it the way I would like to use it other people probably will as well. On top of that you get a ton of testing done and know exactly how everything works and what are the limitations

@Thomas Anderson yeah exactly you can make it how you want to use it up until the smallest detail
Tech Stack
I’m curious how everyone has setup their tech stack to pursue this AI Agency route. Are you still buying separate subscriptions, Codex, Claude…etc or using something like Genspark? What tools you cannot do without and/or what will get you by or only when needed?

For me its just codex with pro chatgpt plan. Then using supabase and vercel and project specific integrations.
Let's network ✨
I just found out that this community is really active and there is nothing I love more than an active Skool community. My name is Arda and I'm currently building an agency to sell AI operating systems to businesses. I've got two free clients and I'm looking forward to creating a content system to get paid ones. I am also a developer so I can just say that Claude is my best friend. So drop a comment because I would love to connect with other agency owners in this space who are on the same grind and have the same vision as me!
