I’ve been curious as to what project management software we are all using in this group? We were running Contractor Foreman from 2024- Oct 31 2025 when we switched to JobTread. So far been very impressed with JobTread!

Hey Everybody A knew month so I thought I’d start a new welcome thread. Please comment and introduce yourself. Let me know what you are trying to achieve and if you have any questions about the resources. If you click on the “Classroom” tab you’ll get access to all the resources. My goal in June is to keep growing my consulting business and focus on re-building my construction project management course. The original is around 9 hours, but the new one I want to be around 30 hours and cover a few more important topics like software, AI and personal skills. Let me know if you have any questions!

I’m a civil engineer from South America with a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University (FIU). I own a general contracting company in Houston, where I personally prepare most of our estimates using RSMeans for government projects. I joined after watching Tim’s videos and am excited to learn how AI can automate estimating, improve accuracy, increase productivity, and help grow my business. Excited to be part of this community!
