Help with 11Labs voicemail detection
I’m building an AI receptionist for my travel agency and have most of the core functionality working. It can handle inbound and outbound calls, check my calendar before scheduling callback appointments, and transfer calls to me on request. The main issue I’m running into is voicemail handling. The system correctly detects voicemail, but after leaving the message, it does not hang up. Instead, it appears to wait for a response as if it’s expecting further interaction. I’m using ElevenLabs for this setup. Has anyone encountered this behavior or know how to properly handle voicemail detection and call termination in this case?

I have my Ai Receptionist build finally. It took about a week to get it to the point it now takes the call, gathers details, checks my calendar and sets an appointment. The issue I am struggling with right now is the repeating of the phone number. It’s repeating it back as numbers not as a phone number. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance

This is very interesting !!!! I been using 11labs I. My learning process & have made good progress in building AI receptionist but definitely had some stressful moments like syncing it to my calendar. I figured it out definitely going to check this thinkrr.ai out. Thank you
