In my intro post a few people suggested starting a post about this topic so here goes... 👇🏻 I started reselling on a normal vinted account and it went really well. Orders were flying out the door daily, I was getting lots of views, offers and favourites etc. Then the time came when I got told I had to go pro. Everything halted. I get the odd thing that gets views, but most items sit at 0 views. I don't understand why 😅 basically I wanted to understand if anyone else had a similar experience, and if anyone had done anything to break out of this? Is it just a matter of staying consistent or do they just really dislike pro sellers...😂 any discussion/light being shone on this would be amazing! Hope everyone is having a lovely day!

For those that do this full time and sell mainly clothing, does the state of the economy worry you at all? I found what Chris said in the latest podcast very interesting that he'd much prefer a repeatable source of stock. My mind is always on moving away from clothing and selling something that people actually need as opposed to wanting. Without getting too drawn into geopolitics I believe the amount people have to spend will drop again in real terms. It was probably one of my main concerns nicheing in clothing. Are there any things using the traditional reseller methods of sourcing that are necessities?

Depop in the Uk.. What am I doing wrong?? 😄 I can list 100 items to Vinted and EBay and I know I’ll sell 20-30 items with 30 days. Same items on Depop = 2 sales in 4 months.

I’ve been running my Military & Outdoor Surplus Store on ebay for the last year and continuing to grow. I use to be a mens clothing and footwear seller and I’m getting the itch back again… question is split focus between the two or solely focus on growing the surplus side?
