I’m curious what others thoughts are on making your STRIQ target ADR the set base price in price labs? Vs using suggested price that Price Labs is giving? My property is new, I have 8 reviews. I tested it out and used price labs suggested base price and started getting far out bookings which makes me think price labs suggested price too low. Just don’t want to leave money on the table and curious how others are setting/monitoring their base price in Pricelabs!
