Skin cancer and peptides

I have a friend who is dealing with ongoing back pain/inflammation and wants to try peptides. She has a history of basal cell skin cancer though so I know she should avoid most of them. I recently heard KPV and Cartalax could be ok though. Any thoughts on this? And to lose a few lbs I think Reta is ok, is that right?
