Pickleball and plantar faciitis
Anybody have secrets of limiting heal pain from plantar fasciitis that don't involve playing less pickleball.

Two things I highly recommend are 1. Inserts in your shoes for Plantar Fascitis and 2. Ensuring you ice your foot after you play - they make special ice boots for P.F. on amazong they're like 20 bucks
