Help Needed: Adding Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa Language Support to Chatbot Using Voiceflow
Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing great! I'm currently working on creating a chatbot for some resorts here in Nigeria and I'm looking to add a custom local language feature to it. Specifically, I want the chatbot to support Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa using Voiceflow. I've been finding it a bit challenging to implement this feature and would really appreciate any guidance or advice from anyone who has experience with Voiceflow and multilingual chatbots. Here are some of the key points I'm struggling with: - How to integrate Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa language support into the chatbot. - Best practices for ensuring accurate translations and user-friendly interactions. - Any specific tools or resources within Voiceflow that can help with this. - Tips on handling language switching within a conversation. If anyone has any tips, tutorials, or resources they can share, it would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

How can I find clients for free effectively?
I am offering a free chatbot for E commerce store clients. So that I can get some testimonials. How can I find them very efficiently?

@Stacey Curran The strategy i use is to find some E com store website go through it and find a way you can improve it or better still see if they have a chatbot on their website. If they dont then you can give them a call or send an email to them but i prefer a call and you can then tell about your plans and how it can help them but for me i would just create a demo for them and then i can just send it to them on their email and then i give them a call to go check out the demo and get back to me. But that is not all if you wanna know every detail about my strategy DM me.
Why Providing Value is the Key to Success in Your AI Automation Business
Hey AI Automation Agency Owners, I hope everyone is having a fantastic day! 🌟 I wanted to chat about a fundamental principle of business that I believe is incredibly relevant to all of us: "Always try to provide value to people." This might sound straightforward, but it's the secret sauce to building a thriving business, especially in the world of AI automation. Here’s why this principle is so crucial: 1. Customer Satisfaction: When we prioritize delivering value, our clients notice. Happy clients mean repeat business and glowing referrals. In the AI automation space, this could mean developing solutions that genuinely solve their pain points or streamlining processes that save them time and money. 2. Competitive Advantage: Standing out in a crowded market can be tough. By consistently offering unique and valuable services, we can differentiate ourselves from the competition. Think about custom automation solutions that other agencies aren't offering yet! 3. Customer Loyalty: When clients feel valued and see real benefits from our services, they’re more likely to stick around. Building long-term relationships is key to sustainable growth. It’s not just about the initial project; it’s about ongoing support and continuous improvement. 4. Sustainable Growth: A value-driven approach helps create a positive reputation. When we focus on delivering value, we build trust and credibility, leading to steady and sustainable growth. Remember, providing value isn’t just about the technical aspects of our services. It’s also about the overall experience – from the first consultation to ongoing support. Clear communication, understanding client needs, and being proactive in offering solutions all contribute to a value-driven business. Let's continue to focus on delivering outstanding value and watch our businesses thrive! 💪 What are some ways you’ve found effective in providing value to your clients? Let’s share some tips and experiences in the comments below! Keep rocking it, everyone!

HOW I GOT MY FIRST CLIENT (FREE)
I am a complete beginner in this field and I was not confident on how I could fulfill a client, so it was important for me to get a few clients and work for free to sharpen my skills. I used a mixture of Liam's and Alex Hormozi's advice. >First I took two e-commerce CSA templates from different youtubers. >I created an ebook using chatgpt to give as a free resource that helps businesses understand how to implement AI to boost sales and efficiency. >I put up stories on my WhatsApp and Instagram to ask for any leads to e-commerce store owners. >Voila! I got my first three clients from people who were already in my contacts! >I gave them the ebook, showed them the demo of the Agent and they were amazed! >I made sure to tell them that I am a beginner and this is going to be a learning journey but since it was a benefit to both the parties (i.e me getting the experience I needed, them getting a free AI based customer support agent), it was easy to work with them and took off some major stress. >Now I am using these testimonials to reach out to more people and I have already started getting attention. More on that in the next post ;) >Attaching the ebook below, the inspiration was taken from Nick Roco who is in the same field. He sent me something similar via email when I reached out to him on LinkedIn.

This is awesome. Well i guess the principle of providing value to people is fundamental in business. When a business focuses on delivering real value to its customers, it builds trust, loyalty, and a positive reputation, which can lead to long-term success.
