Manufactured spending: Buying groups
I didn't see any post about this topic so I wanted to share my experience. I started doing MS (Manufactured spending) through buying groups beginning of the year as I got multiple cards with welcome bonus approved at the same time and didn't have enough real expenses to meet all minimum spends. Buying groups are companies asking you to buy things from them (they use discounted retail price to make a margin selling for wholesale/export). They are telling you what to buy, where, which price you are purchasing/selling it and you can directly ship the items directly to them so you don't have to store somewhere in the US. You can find items they are buying same price you are purchasing, sometimes with extra profit but in many cases slight loss that you compensate with your points/cashback/welcome bonus I'm currently using three of them for more than $20K, BMFR (the fastest), Buying group and maxoutdeals (that was under FBI investigation). I also used gcqc.io to resell giftcard (same theory but not to with Amex) The easiest suppliers are amazon, woot, homedepot as many of the other ones are blocking the buying group delivery address so you have to slightly modify the address or ship it to a personal address and forward to them (they can provide shipping label) but that's more complicate remotely. @Ain - Cloud Resident can I share my referral links?

Navy cashRewards Credit Card approval
I recently received approval for the Navy Federal Cash Rewards program. I would like to express my gratitude to you all, including @Ain - Cloud Resident , for your assistance. However, I was disappointed to find that my credit limit is only $500. Could you please provide me with some advice on how I can increase my automatic credit limit?

@Ain - Cloud Resident thanks just watch you video on the AI thing your building for the community . I saw I said i could request a credit limit increase. Do I have to wait until I receive the credit card to request the CLI or does it have a option to request it without waiting for the credit card?
Pledge Loan approved 1 day after joining Navy Fed
Everyone says to wait 30 days and "build a relationship" before applying. I didn't, and it worked anyway — so here's my data point. My membership, checking, and savings were exactly 1 day old when I called. No waiting period, no manual review, no back-and-forth. The call itself was painless: - ~12 minute hold - ~10 minutes on the phone, mostly basic verification and account questions - The rep handled everything start to finish Result: approved on the spot for $3,001 on a 60-month term. The promissory note showed up in the app right after, and I signed it there. About a week later, once everything had settled, I paid the balance down by ~91%. Smooth at every step. If you've done the pledge loan — how old was your account when you applied?

Using credit card for online shopping
Which company do you all use to forward products purchased from the United States? I’m interested in knowing if it offers a way to buy items in the US and have them shipped out without incurring excessive costs.

Navy Federal flagship
Hi guys, I already have a every day checking account, savings account and pledge loan with Navy Federal. Is it a good idea to open a Flagship Checking account to build a relationship with Navy Federal and increase my chances of qualifying for their cash rewards credit card? I did try the prequalification but I was only prequalified For the secured cashreward

@Stephan Schölzel I’ve been using my credit card for four months now. I make regular deposits and use it to pay my Capital One card every month. I had a pledge loan of $11,000 that I successfully paid off 90%. As advised by @Ain - Cloud Resident, I waited for three months for the pledge loan statement to be applied to my credit card. This month marks my third month of receiving the pledge loan statement, and I plan to apply for a credit card after the statement date. I’m hoping to get a good credit limit, fingers crossed!
