Prompts → prompt libraries → skills → plugins → now bots. Every six months there's a new reusable unit everyone gets hyped about. Look under the hood of any of them and it's the same thing: Files and folders. That's it. Structured so the agent gets the right context at the right time, plus the right instructions, so you get what you actually wanted. Add a few scripts where it makes more sense to be deterministic than to ask the model. The packaging keeps changing. The core idea hasn't. If you know how to organize your work into good files and folders, you're already ahead of whatever gets launched next.

Finally giving my view on JEV in my classic history and fundamentals fashion but... This one is a little different. It's my first time making a fully animated, pixel art video, and I'd honestly love to know what you think of the style. Should I make more like this? I made an ICM that fully automates most of the process i was able to get this video built in about three or four hours. Talk about a fun animation style right? Might redo a bunch of the videos in the classroom with this.

Joined my partner in a Hackathon with her FarmWiz IoT for Farming platform to test ICM in a real stress-environment as we were late to the game and received a wildcard entry in the competition... great but now we had only 5 days to deliver a solution with AI in the mix. Was the first time I really thought about the collaborative ICM in the works...
