Black Moon

This weekend we have a rare black (new) moon. You might find a lot of crazy right now in your life. So take deep breaths and use breathing exercises if you feel overwhelmed. Don't be surprised if the rest of this week people act emotional and everything is feeling like its falling off the rails. Because, well... that's the whole point right now. 🤷‍♂️ Don't run from your shadow!

What is æther?

I just had my kundalini awakening this weekend and im struggling to understand it fully. What's happening in my body now.

The physical aspect of Kundalini is nitric oxide. The fire spirit of nitric oxide ignites the alchemical that upgrades our tryptamine to endogenous DMT. So "Kundalini awakening" is an ongoing process in our spiritual health journey although it may happen in bursts. This may have been the case for you.
