Community update
Hey Team, Just an update on what's coming to the community very shortly. I'll be restructuring the approach within the classroom and I'll be adding in alot more detail around psychology. I want to pivot the training into teaching you the fundamentals of human nature, which never change. I know this will yield more impact and results a apposed to focusing on surface-level tactics.
More Calls & February Update
Morning team, Hope you're well and smashing it. Just a couple of updates here: 1) calls will now be weekly every Tuesday @ 6pm. Tonight's call will be a live Q&A and business audit. Bring questions and identify the 1x problem you want fixing right now in your business. We'll go over as much detail as needed to give you the solution and clarity on what you need to action to get more results for the effort you put in. 2) I am updating the content of the courses and adding additional elements. I will be delving more into psychology as this heavily influences people to enquire after watching your content and improve client adherence inside of service. The more of an impression you can have on the people you talk to (through direct conversation and through your content), the more control you have over growing your coaching business. The strategy is clear: attract 8 clients a month and keep them for 8 months. This will grow and hold you at Β£8-12k per month, depending on what you charge. I'll now focus on producing more in-depth lessons on how you'll actually do this beyond the surface-level marketing tactics. As always, your feedback is appreciated. Whatever you are going through, we can all help each other out. Any problem has a solution, and the more I hear about what's going on with your business, the more I can help within the community. Useful AI Tool
Evening legends, Just wanted to pass on a useful tool I've found recently: NotebookLM by Google. It basically creates graphics, slides, videos, voiceovers and other ways to show off concepts and information (see example below). It made this pdf from a transcript of one of the course videos. This will be helpful for you guys to create resources off the back of the content you already produce (mini lead magnets). It can also be great for creating infographics and videos for landing pages or inside service. Hope this helps.

New Q&A Calls Tuesdays 6pm
Afternoon legends, I've added in another call into the calendar moving forwards. I wanted to make calls more available for more of you as some where struggling to make Thursdays at 6pm. There is now at least one group call running each week now, they will alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays as such: This week Thursday 16th January at 6pm Next week Tuesday 20th January at 6pm Following week Thursday 29th January at 6pm Etc.... A huge part of the success I've seen in my own business as well as my client's businesses comes down to implementation and acitoning the information set in the classroom, so I want to use these calls to help apply eveything to your situations, using this time to answer questions and tailor things to your businesses. January Action Points
Evening Legends, Just wanted to pass on some things from some of my 1:1 calls. January is obviously a key time for us coaches, market interest peaks and we want to capitalise on this. In light of that, I suggest taking action the following points to i) be seen as much as possible over the next 6 weeks, ii) make your service look more desirable (& attract leads), and iii) create social pressure to encourage people to take action now. 1. Line up 6 to 12 client collaboration posts. Prioritise clients who've either had a great result, referred you previously or have a good social presence. See what they'd accept as a collab and get organised so you can drop 1 to 2 of these a week (Wed and Sun best days, 5.30 pm). 2. Package your service as described in the January Offer Group Call, so it sounds like an event with a clear purpose. Create a client body transformation, including 3 to 4 photos showing their body's progression. This gives an expectation and builds value in the offer, clearly showing what its for and what it does. Post about this 1x per week, alternating between a graphic image post and talking head reels so people both see it and hear about it. Lay down as many touch points to this as possible (end of carousel posts, on stories, added overlays on reels etc...). It takes 37 points of contact now in order for someone to buy something - repetition and exposure is key. Getting no enquiries after 1-3 mentions DOES NOT CONVEY A LACK OF INTEREST! 3. Reconnect with old clients, old leads and people you havent spoke with in 2+ months. Its often just a case of you being top of mind for people. Think about it like this, most people will take some form of action this January, people are interested in adopting new healthy habits right now - it might as well be with you! This reinforces the group call we had about January Offer Preparation (Check out the recording within the group calls module), but right now, this is where your focus should be to get the most benefit.
