PB with Norwegian 4x4
Yesterday I scored my best performance on a treadmill Norwegian 4x4… Round 1: 15.8kmh Rounds 2-4: 16.0kmh Level 1.0 incline as standard. Buzzing!

My favorite (or favourite 😁) part of your post…”buzzing!” The energy behind that buzz is priceless. ❤️💪
🎙️ Listen to this if you're done waiting for permission!
What if the biggest thing holding you back is the habit of waiting for permission? This episode hits hard at the invisible training that teaches boys to ask, wait, and comply - and shows why that mindset still runs your business, career, health, and leadership as a grown man. https://open.spotify.com/episode/5IgQGZeeJbA9xsiTa3GC4t?si=gpLrXr6XTo2auMtMTNiAfw

Help me, help you!
Guys - I've tried setting up weekly support calls before but no-one attends. I run them for my paying clients and they get a lot of value. so, what more support do you need? Would you like a weekly call for a Q&A, weekly teaching topic, share wins and challenges etc.? If so, when each week? Let me know and we'll make it happen.

Here’s my vote: A weekly check in where we address what’s slowing us down: fear, procrastination, self doubt, lack of clarity, etc. Let’s clear out the hurdles so we can run free. Best time for me: M-F between 9-3am EST. 30 minute meeting. 15 minute round table then 15 minute hotseat for someone.
Men are not talking
Real talk: men's mental health is getting missed — and that’s a problem for dads. New pieces this week spell it out. Hospitals Magazine reports that men are far less likely than women to seek help, yet have higher rates of suicide, self-harm and substance use. The catch: depression in men often shows up as irritability, pulling away or risky behaviour instead of classic sadness (Hospitals Magazine — https://hospitalsmagazine.com/mens-mental-health-the-crisis-no-one-talks-about/ ). And WombRoom reminds us paternal postpartum depression affects about 10% of new fathers — driven by hormones, sleep loss and pressure to “be strong” (WombRoom — https://www.wombroom.mom/post/can-men-get-postpartum-depression-signs-symptoms-and-solutions ). Why this matters to us: if the signs look like anger, shutting down, or throwing yourself into risky stuff, they’re easy to miss — by partners, GPs, and by us. As dads we’re juggling identity, money, sleep, and expectations. That mix buries feelings fast. So let’s check in with each other properly. Quick poll: if you were struggling, which would you do?

I am at a point where I would talk to my wife about this now, but there definitely was a point where I kept it all in up to the point where I absolutely couldn't take the pressure/weight anymore.

@Adam Lloyd I literally broke down and had a panic attack, basically in her arms. There was no hiding at that point…my body was out of my control. And how did it feel? It opened up new channels of honest and real communication between to two of us. Our relationship was strengthened by this very challenging moment in my life, there is no doubt. And now that those barriers have been removed, it allows for free flowing communication, even about the hard or uncomfortable things.
