I've been having an issue with my agent remembering conversations we had less than a week ago. I'll take a screen shot and shot my agent the conversation and it's like "OH YEAH now I remember". Is there a way to sure up the agents memory so I don't have to keep scrolling back for days in the chat to remind it what we were talking about?
