There is a kind of healing that can only happen in these group settings. Our wildness, joy, innocence, and aliveness can become scattered across the landscape of our past. This is sometimes described as soul fragmentation; the experience of moving through life disconnected from parts of ourselves and operating at only a fraction of our true power. But what has been fragmented can be retrieved, welcomed, and woven back into the wholeness of who we are. Soul retrieval is the fierce and sacred act of reclaiming your sovereignty.
