I had a rec league game today and I listened to what you guys said its not that much comp but its still an achievement I had 13 threes and 7 midrange shots keep in mind we were losing all our main players and everything you guys said to me popped up in my head I shot 75 percent from field and my ending stat line was 52 points 5 assists and 3 steals its my best performance ever and I only want to build onto that again thank you @Mark Hallman @Ashton Stein and @Theo Sondin-Kaisen I couldn't have done it without your guys help

So even when i started playing i tried to avoid going to the basket because im honestly unathletic and i have a slow first step. Ive lifted and done speed work so its improving but im still pretty slow. Whats yalls main tip when beating your first defender? How do you finish against the help and what are your reads?

How do y'all continue to stick to training, diet, exercise, & going through the 'mud' of routine on a daily basis? I've been lifting for a year & have locked in for basketball since around October out of desire. How yall find basketball & what keeps y'all going??
